Unless otherwise stated, optional accessories, batteries, chargers, tools, or other items pictured with a product are not necessarily included.

3. RC Product Safety

Radio-controlled vehicles and hobby equipment may involve mechanical, electrical, chemical, thermal, and other hazards if used improperly.

Customers should carefully read and follow all manufacturer instructions, safety notices, age recommendations, and applicable regulations.

Important safety considerations include:

  • Operating RC vehicles in appropriate locations away from traffic, pedestrians, and other hazards.
  • Using suitable protective equipment and adult supervision when appropriate.
  • Inspecting vehicles, batteries, electronics, and mechanical components before operation.
  • Following manufacturer instructions when charging, storing, transporting, and disposing of batteries, particularly lithium-polymer (LiPo) batteries.
  • Using compatible chargers, power supplies, electronic components, and replacement parts.
  • Avoiding unsafe modifications or operation outside manufacturer specifications.
  • Following applicable laws and local rules for RC vehicles, aircraft, and other hobby equipment.

Installation, modification, and operation of hobby products should be performed with appropriate knowledge, care, and safety precautions.

Crash N Bash Hobbies is not responsible for unsafe operation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Pricing and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate online inventory information. However, inventory differences, overlapping sales, supplier changes, technical errors, and other circumstances may affect actual availability.

A product displayed as available online is not guaranteed to remain available until an order has been accepted and fulfilled.
